In today’s video we will look at the Market Report for April 2019 for the city of Fremont. More units have sold this year compared to last year. An almost 6% increase in units sold during the month April 2019.
Metrics we will review:
- Number of Homes sold
- Average Sales Price
- Days on Market
- List Price Vs. Sales Price
An interesting pointer to note is that the smaller price point homes are moving quicker than the higher price point homes this year compared to last year.
