What Cities are People Moving to?

The housing market is a large and important part of the United States economy.

I’m sure that you have seen headlines in the news about the housing market crashing, but is it really going to happen? There are many people who believe we will see a crash next year and others who say we won’t. The housing market has been on an upward trend for almost a decade now with prices continuing to rise. But the crazy price jumps in the last year and half has a lot of people concerned.

These signs lead us to believe that we are in another housing bubble. But other signs point out that our economy has changed since the early 2000s and the current housing market is strong enough to sustain the pressure.

Let’s examine why this might be happening and why I believe a housing market crash will not be happening in the imminent future.
