Just closed on this beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Hayward at $1,350,000! I am juiced for my client!! He found his dream home and our team was there to get the deal done! Andrew and I connected in May 2020 and we looked at a lot of properties for a few months. He was brand new in the market and at that time there was a lot of uncertainty of where the Real Estate market was going, so he took his sweet time on searching for different options on homes. We looked at condos, townhouses and a lot of single family homes. Then he decided he wanted to take a break and see where the market was headed.
